My little girl, all ready to go. She was so nervous this morning that I had a hard time getting her to start getting ready, and she only had one bite of english muffin. "I'm too scared!" she replied to my encouragement to have
something in her stomach.
Today is Red Day, so she picked her red teddy bear as her first show-and-tell. We even had some cute red shoes picked out, but of course they didn't fit on Kenzie's feet this morning! Hence the black shoes that don't really match, but Kenzie likes them. It sure felt strange to be taking my first First Day of School picture, since now there will be many more to come!
