Kenzie learned about "vuhl-kuh-nos" in preschool the other day. That got Chris thinking he should make a volcano with her. 4-year-old attention spans being what they are, though, we settled for some vinegar and baking soda in a jar.
I enjoyed the reactions on her face from something so simple. And, fact of the day: "Mom, the hot lava just killed all the dinosaurs!" So be careful if you make your own volcano.

Awesome!! I remember making volcanoes when I was a kid, fondly.
I remember Hannah learning about that too. :) Little things like that sure do entertain kids, don't they?
